Holler Buffet Solutions offers a variety of food display equipment in both hot only, cold only and the impressive combined hot and cold range. The hot and cold plate gives you ultimate flexibility in your food service environment. The temperature of the plate can be controlled anywhere between -5°C and +140°C, allowing simple product changeovers and buffet variants. The hot and cold plate is available with several surface options including different coloured glass and marble, stainless steel, aluminium and much more. Due to the variety of surface options, the unit can fit seamlessly into any servery counter. The plate is available as a counter drop in unit, or a portable tabletop unit. These plates are 230v and ready to plug in. The compact compressor, measuring only 140mm deep, means the area under the counter can be utilised like never before.
