The Hot and Cold plate is available with a number of surface options including different coloured glass and the impressive solid surface Dekton, stainless steel, aluminium and much more. Due to the variety of surface options, the unit can fit seamlessly into any servery counter.

HOT PLATE

Hoeller hot plate, or heated deck as it is sometimes known, can achieve temperatures up to +140°C.

The plate can be controlled anywhere between ambient and +140°C, enabling you to keep food at the perfect temperature every time and consistently.

The hot plate is available with a number of surface options including different coloured glass, different coloured marble, stainless steel, aluminium and much more.

This means the unit can fit seamlessly into any servery counter.

The plate is available as a counter drop in unit, or a portable tabletop unit. All of these plates are 240v and ready to plug in.

COLD PLATE

Hoeller cold plate, or frost top as it is sometimes known, can achieve temperatures down to -5oC.

The controller allows you to set the temperature anywhere between 18oC and -5oC, helping you to hold food at the perfect temperature every time.

The cold plate is available with a number of surface options, including different coloured glass and marble, stainless steel, aluminium and much more.

The different surface options available means the unit can fit seamlessly into any servery counter.

The plate is available as a counter drop in unit, or a portable tabletop unit. All of these plates are 240v and ready to plug in.

HOT AND COLD WELL

The multifunctional hot and cold Bain Marie Well gives complete new possibilities for food distribution.

The unit can be controlled between -5oC and +110oC, meaning your servery counter can adapt to changing customer requirements at different times of the day.

The Bain Marie unit has a simple to operate controller that lets you switch between hot and cold.

The cooling tubes are around the sides of the unit as well as on the bottom, therefore the complete surface area hits an even temperature.

The hot and cold well is available in GN1/1, GN2/1 and GN3/1 sizes, also it is available in three different depths, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm. The unit can also be supplied as a cold well only or a hot well only.

All of these units are 240v and ready to plug in.

COLD WELL

Hoeller cold well can achieve temperatures down to -5°C.

The controller allows you to set the temperature anywhere between 18°C and -5°C, helping you to hold food at the perfect temperature every time.

The innovative cooling system provides cooling up the side walls of the well, alongside the bottom, creating the perfect chilled area to display food.

The cold well is available with a number of sizes, including GN1/1, GN2/1 and GN3/1. All of these wells are 230v and ready to plug in.

The compact compressor, measuring only 140mm deep, means the area under the counter can be utilised like never before.

HOT & COLD MULTI-WELL

The multifunctional Hot and Cold Multi-Well gives complete new possibilities for food service. Each individual GN1/1 section can be individually controlled between -5°C and +110°C, meaning your servery counter can adapt to changing customer requirements at different times of the day.

Whilst each individual section can be controlled separately, the whole system works off one refrigeration unit, saving space and cost.

The well unit has a simple to operate controller that lets you switch between hot and cold.

The cooling tubes are around the sides of the unit as well as on the bottom, therefore the complete surface area hits an even temperature. The hot and cold well is available in GN2/1 (two individual GN1/1 sections) or GN3/1 (three individual GN1/1 sections).

The plate can be controlled between ambient and -30°c. This allows your chef to get the exact temperature required for perfect ‘fried’ ice cream every time.
